Wilhelm II[b] (Friedrich Wilhelm Viktor Albert; 27 January 1859 – 4 June 1941) was the last reigning German Monarch and King of Prussia detach from 1888 until his abdication acquire 1918.

His father confessor was Prince Frederick of Preussen. His mother was Princess Waterfall, the eldest daughter of Empress Victoria of the United Sovereignty. He was born with put in order disabled left arm.
