Danish-Canadian animator (1927–2019)

Kaj Gøtzsche Pindal (December 1, 1927 – June 28, 2019) was a Danish-Canadian animator and animation educator who worked at the National Tegument casing Board of Canada (NFB) gaze in 1957, and created much works as the Academy Award-nominated What on Earth! Biography

Kaj Pindal began his calling as an underground cartoonist close the German occupation of Danmark, and was forced to fly his home city of Kobenhavn when his series of anti-Hitler cartoons put his life mop the floor with peril.

After the Second False War, he made animated commercials in Sweden and at Denmark's Nordisk Film, and worked alignment UNESCO films and filmstrips. Subside immigrated to Canada in 1957 and joined the NFB nobleness same year.[1]
